1. About Channel 19

Channel 19 is a live, always-on CB radio network designed for virtual trucking communities, including American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2. The Service provides real-time voice communication, social features, and optional integrations with third-party platforms.

Channel 19 is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SCS Software, American Truck Simulator, Euro Truck Simulator, Discord, or any game publisher unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Channel 19. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

Some features of Channel 19 require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Channel 19 is meant to recreate the culture and chaos of real CB radio — not to be abusive, illegal, or harmful.

5. Voice Communications & Content

By using Channel 19, you understand and agree that:

• Voice communications may be heard by other users in real time
• Some channels may be recorded or monitored for moderation, quality, or safety purposes
• You are responsible for anything you transmit over the Service

You grant Channel 19 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and transmit your voice data solely for providing the Service.

6. Community Standards & Moderation

Channel 19 operates under a "truck stop rules" philosophy:

• Lively conversation is welcome
• Targeted harassment, threats, or illegal content are not

Moderation actions may include:

• Temporary muting
• Channel restrictions
• Account suspension or termination

We are not obligated to provide warnings before taking action.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Fees are billed in advance
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Subscription terms may change with reasonable notice

Failure to pay may result in loss of access to paid features.

8. Third-Party Services

Channel 19 may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Discord, LiveKit, game telemetry APIs, or payment processors).

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party outages
• Changes to third-party services
• Content or policies of third-party platforms

Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, designs, software, and content associated with Channel 19 are owned by Channel 19 or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or modify the software
• Use Channel 19 branding without permission

10. Service Availability

Channel 19 is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all systems or mods

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Channel 19 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
